ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They DO NOT do quality work. We moved in and contractors (not Sheppard & sons) contractors hired by Sheppard on Craigslist came and did crappy jobs that needed to be redone because we were not going to settle for cheap! We constantly met different contractors to do different jobs. One project we met 3 different people. It was a complete nightmare. We don't appreciate being lied too! 7 months would be our completion date...... Well here we are 1 1/2 year later and we've been told our house looks like it's 5 years old and still have extensive work that needs to be finished. They will lie to your face and say they will start to work next week but not show for 3 weeks. Sheppard did NOT build our home. Contractors hired on Craigslist did. You will NOT see a manager on your home site for months. They will call or text you. BE CAREFUL AND BE AWARE, do your homework extensively with this company. They are CROOKS!!
