Dixie Bedding customer service is very horrible. They do not take the time to listen to your concerns or wellfair of their product. The lady on the other end hung up the phone on me twice. As I was explain to her my situation she raised her voice at with me not even getting upset at her or raising my voice at her. I asked her for the name of the owner to the business and she advised me that the information was not for the public to know. HORRIBLE customer service. What kind of business can not give out the name of it's owner???? After spend $300 and a year later these people really dont give a F***.
