I broke down recently 5 miles from this establishment with an additional 4 hour drive to my final destination. I was worried and was thinking I was going to have to stay in the area for a few days while the repair was made. Right when I was about to dial my boss to tell him that I was broken down south of Harrisburg and was not going to make it to work the following day, Ken approached me and told me that the part needed (center driveshaft bearing was on the way and that they would have me back on the road in no time. I have been in the Customer Service industry both in the military as well as in the private sector and can truthfully say that I have never experienced in my adult career people that cared as much and were reassuring about resolving the problem immediately with the end goal of having me back on the road enroute to my family. Both Ken and Big John were exceptional at their craft and true to their word of having me back on the road as quick as possible. The price of the repair was well below what I expected considering the price of the part needed. I highly recommend this place to all in need of vehicle repairs around the local area.
