She is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have had to deal with.She has talked down to me on more than one occasion because I am a "renter" not an "owner" of the Condo that I reside in. That is how she refers to me directly. Her "property management" consists of letting her old, bitter friends dictate who can live in certain properties, charging people fines every other month for breaking parking rules, putting trash out for collection on the wrong day, etc ... and when you ask for anything to validate these fines, such as dates, pictures of the unlawfully parked cars that were SUPPOSEDLY on your property etc., she says she doesn't have to discuss it or provide proof , and hangs up the phone ! Very professional !

This has got to be the worst management company in the State of RI. She won't release the bank statements, reconciliation reports or the check book. Personally I believe she is on the take. She should have her license taken away from her. She has got to be the rudest business person I have ever dealt with. That is probably why her office staff doesn't last more than three months. Check out all the properties that she manages and they all look like ghetto material. Wouldn't hire this person if she was the last management company in the world.
