I used Piccolo Paving last hear to put in a new driveway at my residence in North Providence, Rhode Island and they did a great jo. However, two weeks ago I contacted them by phone and talked to a woman about seal coating my driveway. The woman in question said she would deliver my message and I would be contact that day of the next. It has been two weeks since and I have not heard from Piccolo and it is clear they don't care about customer service, by not returning my call, or having a lifetime customer. Finally, I had a man who was from East Providence ring my doorbell and wanted to know if I wanted him to do the driveway that day. I told him I would call him back after contacting Picolo and getting their price, I already had a price. I guess I'll go with the unknown company or do the job myself. I would not reccomend Piccolo based on their lack of detail to customer's needs.
