I rented from Jim Mcginnis for 2 years off of hinkston pike. He was a ok landlord at first but when we gave him a 30 day notice to leave so we could buy a house, his attitude changed. The townhome looked better when we left then when we got there. He kept our deposit after saying we would get it and had things marked on a list of things that needed to be cleaned or replaced, that was done before we left. Would never recommend renting from Mcginnis Properties.
