I have purchased several displays from this company over the past decade, and have recommended it to several other vendors looking for displays like the ones I use. I am impressed with the usual quality, reasonable price, and versatility of the items. However, I recently used the checkout counter I purchase for the first time, and within one hour of its first use, the particle board top had broken through the tiny staples they use to hold it to the frame and was falling apart in front of my eyes! I just spoke with the customer service representative, who told me my only recourse was to return it AT MY OWN EXPENSE for repair. The company was completely unwilling to take responsibility for their poor construction and shoddy materials!!! I will never purchase from this company again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST ANYONE ELSE DEALING WITH THEM AS WELL!!!!!!!
