I just witnessed one of your trucks, at 3:30am, at the corner of Mass Ave and Route 16 in Cambridge take a right on a red light. Is this what you are teaching your drivers? Follow the law.
I was on a bicycle, and stopped for the red light, why can't your drivers do the same?
