I had some brickwork done by Ed Hazel, owner of Brickwork & design Inc, Omaha,Ne.
It was on three post on the front porch on the 21 & 22 of August 2012..
Within 3-5 days we noticed cracks going straight up
and down, It cracked on the mortar and brick. I contact Ed and explained what had happen and he told me that he would
come out and check it out. It took several days and telephone calls to get Ed to check it out. Ed said over the phone that
the work might have needed foam to allow for expansion between the post and the mortar. When finally showed up with his wife He stated because of the
dryness this summer the foundation created the problem and that I needed to contact a foundation expert,
I did & there is nothing wrong with the foundations. I have contacted Ed Hazel,leaving Voice mails and he will not
return my calls. I would not recommend him.
