Our chef, Tom Clarks apprenticed under master chefs from France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China, America, and many more at the presigious Captian Cook Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska and at Marriott In-flight Catering. His skills in many food styles makes our menu very diverse and well prepared. All our food is made fresh and our sauces made from scratch. We serve Steaks, Prime Rib, Chopped Sirloins, Seafood, Pork Chops, Burgers, Catfish, and much more. One of our specialties is oysters, fresh, fried and Rockefeller.
