DO NOT RENT FROM CAROLYN STANDARSKI!!!! she does not care about the tenants quality of life in her buildings. There are issues from before I moved in that she neglected and failed to tell me about. It's almost going to be month three and she STILL hasn't bothered to send someone over at a scheduled time, despite many many texts and complaints!! The slumlord doesn't even pick up her phone. Save your money, and save yourself the headache.

I'm not sure who's worse Carolyn Standarski or her husband Eric. I would go homeless before renting from them again. Save yourself from alot of headaches and money and stay away!

I wouldn't rent from Carolyn standarsky,my brother did and passed away on dec.15th I cleaned out the whole apt. By dec.23rd and screwed me out of 8 days of paid rent,a third of his security deposit, and wrote me a check made out to my dead brother that I can't cash. And re -rented the same day I left . I'm filing a complaint with the state !

I dealt with Carolyn Standarsky at maple ridge rentals and I can tell you that nobody would want to deal with her. We lived in one of her apartments for 3 years, she never answered calls, never has done repairs, even in cases where it was an emergency she has always dismissed it and we had to do repairs our selves. We could not afford to move so we stayed there trapped and finally we are out even though took us lots of effort. She has never given us our deposit back, nor reasons why! She was simply unreachable!
