We contacted this company because they are in Minnesota. Once I got to the owner, Jerry Chapman, I told him that our consulting firm wanted to do business with them and he said, not interested and hung up! I couldn't believe it. I called back and the secretary said they are getting all types of calls from the BBB, I wonder why? Hey, if a company calls you up after looking at your website and the owner wants to discuss doing business, what would you do, hang up? Wow!!! The first impression of this company is.....unprofessional. Why are you guys in business if you hang up on a potential lead? Terrible!!!
