NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO GERALDS AUTO!!!! If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. This incompetent old man shouldn't even have an auto repair business. Brought my truck to be inspected, he found a few minor things wrong, so I had him fix the problems. He had my truck for 8 WEEKS. I called once or twice a week for updates and he was always very vague. Never gave me an estimated price of how much everything was going to cost in the beginning, or over any of the many many phone calls(should have been my first red flag). So, 8 weeks go by and I call him and he says my truck is ready. Finally. He wouldn't give me the final price over the phone (2nd red flag) and once I showed up with my wife and kids to pick my vehicle up he said I owed him almost $2,000 dollars. I asked him for a receipt and he instantly became aggressive and loud. In front of my wife and kids, this 60 something year old man began yelling at me and putting his finger in my face. I tried to negotiate with him and figure out some type of agreement on a lower price (I didn't have $2000 cash on me) and he threatened to call the cops on me. By now I just wanted to be done with this lunatic. So, my wife drove me 20 min to the nearest ATM so I could get his money. When I get back to his "garage" there is a state trooper waiting for me. I paid him and left with my truck.Not even a mile from his shop, the truck is shaking and pulling hard to one side. So I get under my truck to see wtf was wrong. Thats when I discovered he hadn't replaced half of the new parts he said that he had. I had to take it to another shop and have all the work finished. Terrible shop, terrible service, terrible experience, and an absolutely rotten bitter and deceptive old man. Took advantage of a young family and screwed up over. DONT EVER USE GERALDS AUTO!!!!!!!!
