Stay AWAY from this place. I guess mom and dad answer the phones and there is only one plumber, the son. Our water heater is not warming up and we have a back up issue. our warranty company forced us to use Lyday. The "plumber" came out and asked me to turn on all the water in the house EXCEPT THE ONE PLACE I TOLD HIM WE NOTICED IS CAUSING THE ISSUE, THE KITCHEN. We ran the water for like 10 min. and he asked me to turn it off and concluded since he didn't see water, we don't have an issue. Yeah our basement flooded again. Then he claimed he needed a part that would to be overnight to them. We were told that they would have the part by 3:30 the next day. When 3:30 came the next day, guess who wasn't answering our calls? You guessed right, Lyday. We called back to back for over an hour. Finally told the warranty place to call 3 way with us on the phone because Lyday wasn't responding. The mom answered to the warranty place just fine. When she realized my husband was on the phone with them, she hung up on the warranty place. Before she hung up them, she did say that she was out in the fields working. This is not a plumbing company. This is Junior knows a little about plumbing so they created a "business" STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A SCAM. VERY unprofessional and never did fix our problem. Just came and collected the service fee and we never heard from them.
