Do not hire. The owner dug a ditch for us in 2010 while I was in Afghanistan. The contract stated that the ditch would be hydro seeded. As of 09/2012. No hydro seed and the owner has not came back like he said he would a year ago. Stay away from this contractor. John Daniel Fowler. Research his name and the company name on Anderson county public records and you will see why. I wish we had.
