Not a good experience! Owner "Kathy" was very rude on the phone. If you can't provide good customer service on the phone, how could you possibly be trusted to handle a job? A company is only as good as those who represent it. It's no surprise this company has been in business for 13 years with only 2-4 employees. (2 of them being owners) This is a clear indication of a company that is stuck. No growth, no forward movement......just unhappy people answering the phone.
