I have been very happy with Short Cuts and I am not easy to please, but I am loyal and they will have my business for a long time. My hair is hard to deal with but they have found the style for me and I get complements all the time on my hair. It is easy for me to fix and that is not usually the case. Best barbers in Oceanside!
