My family has always enjoyed roasted chestnut dressing for the holidays. While doing a search for a good place to purchase chestnuts on line I came across Girolami Farms. I discovered they were close to where I was visiting in Stockton CA in Nov of this year. I asked if I could pick up the chestnuts and bring them back with me to the midwest. Mr Girolami was very nice and even said we could come out to the farm to see the chestnut trees and learn about their farm operation. It was an awesome experience. We met both brothers and their families and had a first class tour of their farm. The chestnuts were beautiful and so fresh. I learned the best way to peel and roast them. My entire family enjoyed their holiday chestnut dressing. Alaska, South Dakota and Nebraska thank you! :-) I will definitely be a return customer. I am a very satisfied permanent customer of Girolami Farms. Their English Walnuts were also very good and fresh. Thank you
