THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF TRASH. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They do not care about customer service - or the employees they hire at the motel level. The corporate office is so screwed up, they run you around in circles in order to make you give up on making a complaint. I've done so 3 times and have yet to see any care or anything from them. I was involved in a SERIOUS situation at one of their trashy, ill-maintained motels and it was made quite clear that the company does not care about the customer. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BUSINESS TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO. TRUST ME, I WOULDNT BE WASTING MY TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS WEBSITE IF I DIDNT THINK THEY WERE THE WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA. GO BACK TO FRANCE, ACCOR. The french obviously expect awful, or no, customer service.
