I am very disappointed with the customer service. It has been the worst customer service I have had for the 6 mths I have been with Tommys. I wouldn't reccomend the company to anyone & if you are going to have people answering the phone wheather it is family or a worker have them treat the customer right, Remember I am the one paying my money to keep you in business.
