Apartment is fine and is near buses and trains. Area is loud tho

The management is terrible. My girlfriend lives in this apartment and has a pipe issue that really needs to be addressed but the super and landlord are constantly disappearing when she contacts them. One day is late but better than never. Unfortunately, they can’t seem to be available for an entire month just to look at a pipe issue. Even if my girlfriend did get a hold of them, we heard nothing but excuse after excuse, saying that they woke up late or they need to get an appointment with a plumber. I’m not a plumber but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take a month just to take a look at it. I heavily advise anyone to stay away from this apartment. Don’t give them your money.
