Do not buy anything from these con artists!! They sell cookie cutter houses and to top it off They will not return phone calls about complaints cause they know they will have to put money into fixing their mistake. Kim and Jeff are both shady and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what about 90% of our neighborhood is going through! The most unprofessional "business people" I have ever had to deal with. Disappointing all factors. I'm not a disgruntled person trying to bad mouth a reputable business, just trying to save hard working honest people from the heartache and severe blow to their bank account, when they have to put more into the place they bought than it is worth!!!
