I left my plow off to be serviced. It was there a week, and I picked it up due to a freak early snow storm. I returned after the storm and waited 3 more full weeks. I just picked it up, unserviced, and ran it through the car wash, as it was filthy. I called another business, where they said they would be happy to service it at 2PM tomorrow. Now, which business would you prefer to patronize? The owners need to re-think their mission statement. Great words do not beget great service without an honest commitment to actually delivering same! What a shame.

I have been using Bangor Truck Equipment for all my equipment needs for the past three years. I have found that the service has been great! Wayne really knows his stuff, Dave finds a way to get you in if you are in a bind, and John recommends great products. I have been in a bind a few times and they have found a way to squeeze me in especially during the middle of a big storms. I recently purchased a new Truck and added a new plow, body, and sander - Thank you guys, the experience has been great!
