Had a very disappointing customer service experience with these people this week. They were very complacent in accepting an application for a new dealer account, citing various reasons why I could not possibly be an "approved" dealer that met their stringent criterion of what my dealership had to be. In general I found them to be disorganized and unwilling to work with a BATF approved licensee with over 12 years in business. Virtual stores with a website on the other hand get the green light.. I went back to the manufacturer I needed product from and explained my situation and they opened a dealer direct account and got a better price. No other wholesaler has ever treated me in this fashion. Good luck to them.
