I was visiting my parents in Springfield, Ma in August 2013,and my parents had Janik Keibalsa in their refrigerator. I cooked cabbage, carrots, onions, green peppers, fresh garlic, then added a small amount of rice. I then sauteed separately the cut up Janik Keibalsa. Wow, what a great sausage flavor. I hope to see you expand in Louisville, Ky where I live. The best keibalsa I have ever eaten since Mr. Hahn my mothers milkman died 40 years ago in Connecticut.
