Sterling Name Tape is the worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered labels and two months went by and still did not receive them, repeated calls to the company was filled with lies about the order and promises that it was on the "Truck" out for delivery. Finally spoke to the manager Jim who was as nasty as can be in solving the problem even going so far as to ask what I wanted a real peach of a guy!!!!!!!
