I don't like doing this. Mike Millsap here=1853 5th Ave. San Diego,92101. Aristo has my phone number, address and email address. I hope this gets to Aristo, more than anything else. 2 Aristo stop watches, sent for repair,10/13/11. Called=11/7/11 to inquire about items. Gentleman said;"One is fixed, one isn't. they would contact me,when done. I've made 20 phones calls, between 1/24/12 and 2/09/12. ALL LINES ARE BUSY OR THEY DON'T PICK UP,ON LOCAL NUMBER. I sent a warranty stop watch,to them,on 2/02,signature required mailing. Signed by C. Baumann. In that, I typed a letter=Fix warranty stop watch and return, with other watches. Fixed or not,I would pay for work and shipping. I received warranty watch today,2/09. No charge,no postal due. Not a mention of the other two watches. I'm in San Diego. Aristo,is in New York. I am at a loss. I don't have an avenue, but,to do this. Post a recommendation. All of my writings, have included my phone and email address. ARE MY STOP WATCHES LOST? ARE THEY ON THE WORK TABLE? What am I,to do,Mister Baumann? THIS,IS ABOUT BUSINESS. I have no reason to dislike you. ALL I REQUEST= GET IN CONTACT WITH ME. You have my information,on that. Return fixed watch. Return watch, that isn't fixed(or fixed by now). Send me the bill. I'll pay and WE can move on. All,this customer wants,is respect. Thanks,Mike Millsap(a unhappy consumer)
