Had a bad experience---bought 4 tires --- computer was checked for in stock--it said yes-- I waited for 25 min.--they said they only had three---will get another and call me-- I scheduled this day to get the work done--now because of your computer problems,I have to reschedule--My time is appearantly worth nothing-- I think they should have made a comparable deal on whatever tire meets the one selected or better to compensate me for their mistake and get the job done now while I was there.

Just wanted you to know,I have had nothing but the worst service with the washer and drier that we bought from Sears! The repair staff can NOT fix the problems. When you call the service center for repairs-they are rude, they hang up you or put you on hold(ignore line).After several attempts to
"repair" more like damage other items;they pass the buck on to a thrid party repair company. Parts keep showing up damaged and they tell us
"that's how it is,live with it". I now have expensive, broken appliances that have a service contract on each item that is worthless.Bar far the worst company,no wonder the stock had dropped!
