I am a fan of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. Half of my electricity was lost on 8 Feb. I called to report the outage and the problem was diagnosed within an hr. That's faster than any contractor I had ever called. There was a problem with the cable leading to my house. The problem was temporarily fixed with a transformer and the group came back on Mon,, 11 Feb. to mark the grounds of my residence and the actual work was done on Tues, 12 Feb. They had to dig a hole about 5 ft. deep with a back hoe, dig up one of my azaleas (sob) which I'm sure will survive. They were neat, courteous and sure knew what they were doing. I don't think there was a speck of dirt in my grass when they were finished and my azalea looks happy although they offtered to replace it if it died. They also threw down grass seed where the back hoe had left tread marks. Those guys were terrific! Here are some of their names: Tom Napier, Al Ware, Keith Chinault, Phillip Holtzlander, and Corbin Bowie. A happy customer, Phyllis M. Foote 5307 W. Philippi Pl. Fredericksburg, VA 22407
