DO NOT use this company, I have seen first hand how they treat their clients and staff! They are not for the client just for the money from the state!! They will reschedule client hours and say another client needed more help and someone called in and they will not make up the hours completely for the client. The lady my family dealt with was Rebecca (case-manager/supervisor in office at Sedalia), she was inconsiderate, had off the wall stuff to say, and we never once met the lady but she was the one taking care of all scheduling for care, but didn't once think to go and see how the client did their activities to evaluate where time could be used more! I would honestly recommend using a different home health care service, as this company apparently doesn't know how to get it together, even after the 5th time you call and threaten to contact state!! They just say go ahead we aren't doing anything against state policy, here is the number, instead of trying to solve the issue!!
