I would not recommend Sangamon Mills to anyone..I ordered 30 dozen dish cloths back in early March and they cashed my check two weeks later and ts now August and no Dish Cloths..I SUGGEST we all contact the better business in the city they are located in New York and place a comment..I had to do this to this company a few years ago and got my order with a excuse that they were overload with order..I'm going to file a complaint ASAP..

i ordered 40 dozen washclothes in October. I sent a check for the amount you asked for then sent 2 more checks because you raised the prices. It is now March and I still do not have my dishclothes and I am out almost $500!

Not recommending them!!! I too have not received my order and they have my money. They will not answer their phone and its very frustrating! Wish I knew what to do........ Anyone have any ideas?

We placed an order in May . They cashed our check nine days later. We have yet to receive our 40 dozen dishcloths !! They never answer the phone . I tried the e-mail address for Jane and that came back .Another group here in Morrison Il. ordered dishcloths back in October they have not received their order yet either. I ordered 10 dozen of the knit dish clothes back in October, 2012 with the promise I would have them by December 2012. They cashed my check immediately (Church Organization) and after numerous phone calls, I have still not seen these dish clothes. Tried to call today and found the phone to be no longer a working number.

I ordered 25 dozen of the knit dish clothes on September 7, 2012. I enclosed my check in the amount of $273.00 and hoping that the order would come faster with my check enclosed. My check was cleared immediately and I have not recieved any of the ordered clothes. I have tried calling, and I wrote a letter, I have had no reponse at all. This is for a womens group in the Methodist church in our town. I'm not very happy.

I'm trying to figure out why I haven't received my dish cloths ordered Dec. of 2012. the company won't answer their phone. We have ordered these dishcloths for years as a fund raiser for our church. They have our money($105.00) And we have no dishcloths. Help! I'm so disappointed. Nancy Magnusson
