I got a quote for 2 pieces of equipment in November 2011 and a discount was offered for getting 2 at the same time. I put in my order for the equipment in December 2011 and never heard back. Upon calling repeatedly, we were finally able to get an invoice sent, but with different 2012 pricing and no discount. After making repeated calls to Dan Wilt, he was unwilling to honor his original quote because it was 2012. Even though we put in our order before the end of the year. His attitude was very indifferent and nonchalant, with a take it or leave it demeanor. I will never do business with this company and I would highly recommend that potential customers proceed with caution. If this is the treatment one gets BEFORE the sale, imagine what you get after the sale and the company already has your money.
