Husband had heart attack 6 weeks ago.we got bill and knew we were getting charged for ambulance but then got 25$ a mile on top of that.we couldn't pay this which is all that was left after insurance paid for ride.i wrote a letter to see if they could help us with bill since he would be out of work for 6 plus weeks with very little help and asked for owner to plz contact me.that didn't happen. She got a worker to call me and say they won't help.pretty sad the owner couldn't call me or answer my letter and had to get worker to call.very disrespectful for an owner!! I will make sure if I ever need an ambulance it will never be Samaritan care inc. In north canton. It's all about money and not the patient. Thus owner needs a lesson in compassion for people. Just wanted to say ty for not helping us in anyway. 10$ a month for 61 months is all I can afford. If we could have gotten a little help I would try to pay more.ty
