I want to commend your employee ROBERT HIGGINBOTHAM who runs the "belt" for luggage at CVG for a job done above and beyond the call of duty. Last week-end my dental apparatus fell out of an unzipped suitcase compartment on its way up to the luggage carousel. When I discovered it missing I contacted the United luggage department, and then Robert was asked to "walk the belt" in the belly of the building to search for the missing item. He took the time and effort, and ultimately found the item, much to my surprise and delight! As his employer, you should be aware of this man's extra effort to help another.
