Horrible management company. Provides no assistance to homeowners for issues that are clearly the responsibility of the management company. (Outside plumbing issues, insect issues coming from cracks in the foundation, etc.) Employees are rude and dismissive. Nothing looks clean or new in the condo development even with HOAs of 300 a month. No idea where all the money goes but it is not to bettering the community. Payment website is never updated and now doesnt even seem to be working. The whole management company is a waste. Dont buy a condo if this is the management company
