I had a babyshower there. I rent to reserve it since march and my shower was not till the begining of June. in between i went 3 times to make sure they had the room i wanted correct and to check if everything was going to be fine for that day. Well the day we got there to decorate they switch me rooms without even talking to me about it, and they lady in charge Idalia was very rude, she did not even try and make the situation any better. they had me in a room with no air conditioning, and she tried to make it hard on me by saying i had to order a plate for each guest when i was going to order botanas for the table. Horrible experience. never again!! DO YOUR EVENTS ELSEWHERE NOT HERE. The waiters were nice but the managment in charge was horrible, they didnt want to give me the owners number so I could complain!!!!
