It is comprised of two Principals, David Bayer and Scott Jerwick, who have more than 30 years of combined commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail development, leasing and property management David was a Principal and Director of Retail Leasing with Copaken White & Blitt, where he was responsible for leasing and managing retail strip centers, major lifestyle centers and enclosed Malls.
