I liked working at Helgesen but after they hired another welder making more money than me, this guy could'nt even read a print and they had me training him. When I ask for more money or eather give me what he's making they called me to the office and fired me stating to many near misses which I only had 2. I thought the company was great, people are nice just a big turnover, becouse they don't treat there employees right. The only thing I'm saying is be careful before taking a job at Helgesen..... HERE TODAY GONE TOMARROW
