I have never had such a negative experience in my life. Trish Hartman MSW "counciled" me for over a year. During the entire year she seldom discussed any of my problems or the reasons for which I sought help. Instead she regaled me nonstop with tales of her personal life such as boyfriends, family, her illnesses and medications, preferred restaurants and the list goes on and on. I was told that she was the only employee who accepted my insurance every time I begged for a new therapist. In order to be allowed to see the psychiatrist for my medication I was told I had to see Ms. Hartman each and every time prior to my doctor's appointment.Apparently this is true because I cancelled one appointment with her and this facility then cancelled my doctor appointment.I will never expose myself to Ms Hartman's brand of "therapy" again so I am left without a psychiatrist now.I am having a very difficult time finding another mental health facility who accepts my insurance so essentially I am now without mental health care or the medications I need on a daily basis after my current prescription runs out.
