Capital Market is the new multilateral trading platform of the California Stock Exchange, through which small and medium-sized companies can raise capital to finance their business plans and activities.
The platform was created by Willow Creek Capital Management in response to the need for fast-growing companies for the financing source by which such companies want to finance their long-term investments, which would in turn be rejected by banks due to the lack of cash in the account and the lack of large assets that would serve as collateral for a possible bank loan.
Capital Market provides the opportunity for further business growth of ambitious companies, without the sale of majority stake and with a larger investor base through which the shares of the company can be sold more easily in order to raise capital for further investments.
There are currently 13,500 companies in California currently classified as small and medium-sized companies according to the national classification, of which 1,332 have a capital of between 2 and 20 million dollars, and the need for capital gains of 1 to 5 million, according to key financial the indicators are extremely stable.

Shares and certificates of deposited shares
