A+ is how I rate Barry Clark Music. I have purchased two guitars from him on E bay, visited his store and have spoken with him on the phone. My E bay experience with him was very positive. Both guitars arrived in excellent condition and were set up professionally. They sound great and play like a dream. I also feel that his prices are very reasonable. When I called the store with a question regarding my guitar I found the staff to be very courteous knowledgeable and professional. When I visited his store I was pleasantly surprised with his large selection, excellent prices and prompt friendly service. They asked me what my price range was and did not try to up sell unnecessary items or services. They are a great example of a customer focused business and I will do business with him many more times.

Purchased an Ibanez AEB10E-DVS Acoustic-Electric Bass Guitar Factory 2nd Bass Guitar from Barry via Internet. Listing states it has minor Blemish that can't be seen and is as New! Personally checked by Barry himself or so stated. PURE JUNK! Oxidized frets. Scratches all over. Dinged Headstock. Sold as new was actually an old stock 2008. Fretboard was so dry the grain was lifting. Requested a return and he said sure, you pay shipping. I would avoid this retailer at all costs. Unethical. False Advertising. A take the money & run attitude.

Poor experience with Barry Clark Music. Drove 80 miles for a guitar he said he would hold for me. Got there and he said it was already sold! Then tried to sell me a more epxnsive one...BYE BYE!

I don't care for this music retailer. Barry will sell you anything, not what you asked for or need, just what he wants to get rid of. A real SCAMMER! Fortunately my Uncle came by and put Barry in his place. We bought elsewhere.
