Gymnastics instruction and All-Star cheerleading instruction We teach gymnastics to kids from 2-18 years of age. Cheernastics is also home of the CheerForce All-stars which are highly competitive cheerleading teams that compete throughout the year . We currently have five all-stars teams and over 100 all-star cheerleaders. The teams range in age and skill level. We also work with over 20 middle schools and high schools in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Tom Jones, head coach and owner, is also the head cheerleading coach at Western Kentucky University. He graduated from Western with a Business Management degree and is a former University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University cheerleader.
