The location in Mammoth Lakes. If I could give these lowlifes a "0" I would but that option isnt available to do so. I cant believe they could be so shady in my time of peril. 2 weeks ago I got into a nasty car crash and the vertebrae in my back was fractured. The night of the crash I really wish the authorities on scene would have chosen a better company to collect my totalled car off the highway. The biggest mistake was leaving my car with these nasty people. They were supposed to give me a copy of the registration and my plates but because I was in a lot of pain the day I surrendered the vehicle, I forgot to get that information and of course they didnt offer to give it to me. When I remembered I gave them a call and explained that I needed the information to give to my insurance company. They told me to come at a certain time and I couldn't make it because again I was in excruciating pain from the accident a couple days before. I explained to them i just cant make it so when is a good time to come back. But magically every time I come back even if it's at the time they give me no one is ever there. Then they tell me they would have to gather the information and speak to the young man I made the transaction with to find out where he put the paperwork and call me back. Needless to say these shady swindlers never called me back. Everytime I call they never answer, finally 2 weeks after the fact they finally answer the phone and tell me they no longer have the paperwork or the truck and that it's my problem and not their responsibility to give me that information. Last time I checked when you do business with someone theres supposed to be some form of documentation or receipt and I was given none of the above. So not only are they unprofessional lying swindlers but they actually had the nerve to beat me getting mad like they were the victims who were taken advantage of. So unless you want to be screwed this disgusting company should be the last people you do business with. Smh so much for good people doing a service they are paid to do. Who would've thought they would take advantage of someone who just had to undergo a traumatic experience.
