You DO NOT want to live here. The Manager is all smiles up front, but all frowns when it comes time to manage something. Along with the owners, they avoid their responsibilities, but make sure to collect the rent. You'd better buy some tools before you move in, because they don't fix much, and when they do, it's done with duct tape. In the end, the trees and pond aren't worth the trouble.
