Tax fraud? This guy's middle name. Where did he go to school? Sometimes he says Loyola High School for boys in Los Angeles. At other times, he says down around Palm Springs. He filed returns for me for years that I was actually owed a bundle by the government. Instead of getting my money back, he improperly filed the returns and didn't take all of the many deductions that I had. He didn't even see that Sun Trust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia was taking money from my paychecks when I worked as an attorney in Atlanta. That would have been easy. After all, I had plane tickets, cab fare receipts et al. for job hunts that I conducted when I was in Atlanta. He had those--or some originals and some photocopies--and he had the bank records. Does this guy even know the difference between a loophole and a hole in the wall? Probably not. After all, he doesn't even know the difference between a C Corp and an S Corp. Get yourself a real accountant. Not this guy.

One day this guy is Comanche. The next day he wants to put on a kilt. He has said that he went to Loyola High School (Catholic) for boys in Los Angeles. But he can be found online at some kind of Peace Corps urban do gooders' fake website saying that he went to public school around Palm Springs, CA for high school. He does not know how to file a return. He doesn't know how to take deductions. He doesn't know how to spot financial planning issues. He doesn't know a thing about real estate taxes and probably has never even paid any. Stay away from this guy. He is trouble.
