Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is based in the Heart of Wisconsin’s Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth. Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is based in the Heart of Wisconsin’s Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth. We’re known as the “Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin”, a designation bestowed on us in 1984 by Governor Anthony S. Earl. Our cooperative is 400+ dairy farm families strong. These farm families are more than the producers of our milk, they’re the owners of our organization and as such have a deep and profound interest in our success and producing products of the highest quality.
