This is one of my favorite companies. I am proud that they are in Montana in the USA. The main stream media are making a mountain out of a molehill of Mr. Matt Schaeffer's remark on facebook. I am sure if I contacted him with a southern accent he would have told me he couldn't ship to the southern USA either.

Will NEVER buy from this company again

Never heard of your business before but after reading what you tld the Muslum gentleman I know I will never buy from you. Makes me ashamed to have to say that I grew up in Montana and one of the reasons I wil not move back for retirement. To many ignorant, biased people like yourselves.

Just know, that you have the support of millions of Americans that understand youi made an honest mistake, one you can apologize for, but not one you should resign you position for. The enemies of the American way of life are out there, and they are very loud, but that doesn't mean they are right.

These people make the absolute best ice cream ever! They are friendly to the extreme and have even offered to stay during the lunch hour so I could come down and pick up my order then as it was more convenient for me. To think that these people would purposely be "rude" to a potential customer is insane. And yes, I do feel it is neurotic to claim racial prejudice from a comment as non-threatening as the CEO made. Geez, I'm called a Krazy Kraut almost daily but I wouldn't have a screaming fit if someone told me they didn't sell their product in Germany.
