I have had 2 problems with the door I have, 1. The lock preventing upper glass panel dropping, Contacted,, sent revised lock to stay locked. revised design, problem solved. "great". Problem 2. wind broke 1 door re-tractor. cant buy just 1, must buy set of 2 ?. Told I would have an extra, Not real…

I have had 2 problems with the door I have, 1. The lock preventing upper glass panel dropping, Contacted,, sent revised lock to stay locked. revised design, problem solved. "great". Problem 2. wind broke 1 door re-tractor. cant buy just 1, must buy set of 2 ?. Told I would have an extra, Not really expecting to need another. A chain to prevent opening exceeding re-tractor limits would solve problem. no place on door to mount one ? beautiful door, This recommendation is only meant to maybe improve this doors design.
