We are experiencing uncalled for treatment from Crown Pipeline. You cut our sewer line when you installed our gas conversion from oil and you will not reimburse us for the total expense. You sent a letter stating that you would pay us $400.00 towards a $3200.00 plumbing bill and asked for our S.S.# as well. Sewerage, roots and debris backed-up into our toilet and tub and we were unable to use the house for a week until we found a plumber who was available. Of course he had no way of knowing how severe the problem was even though So.Jersey Gas came out to mark the gas line. The roots traveled inside the pipes and it was a lengthy process to dig it up and repair the pipe. So, we will see you in small claims court very soon! R. Mustardo 609-605-1413
