DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY or from a company by the name of Arco Property Management LLC. This company sold us a house that had toxic mold in it when I was six months pregnant. They covered up the mold instead of disclosing it and we have proof that they did so. We tried to resolve this matter directly with the company but they are not returning our phone calls or emails and we must now resort to legal action. This company did something very immoral and negligent in selling us this home without disclosing the mold issues. Had our baby of been born prior to us moving in, he/she would have become very ill as did my husband and I. The actions of this company to sell a property is just disgusting. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of doing business with them.
